We don’t have to fight with the jokers…

NO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

NFA is a little love story. I'm a romantic at heart, but sometimes it feels necessary to give that softness an edge; think...handsome knight in shiny black armor. That what NFA is all about: there's a duality to being someone's lover and protector.

“No false advertisement
From the start I'm looking for your heart—
By the night I'm sliding for them thighs.
Thought I told ya, girl, I’m soldier
Play ya cards right, I’m a dark knight”

I wrote this with a sort of manifestation energy. Hear me out: I’m more or less singing this to the girl I’m “searching for” romantically, and letting her know what’s really good. I’m looking for your heart because I think the connection is important but…I ain’t een gon lie to u shorty…I’m sliding for them thighs too. Get you a man that can do both.

I want us to be the standard of what a beautiful, reciprocal partnership looks like.

I don’t need people to be jealous of us—
I want them to be...inspired.
That’s the power we could have together.
